Positive: The staff were lovely and very helpful. Great place to stay for the night in a beautiful location. Nice outdoors area and grounds to walk around. Room stocked with tea coffee hot chocolate and biscuits.

Negative: It was quite hard to get to the nearest town as had to go down the side of the road.

Positive: The building and facilities all fantastic the staff extremely friendly and professional the grounds are stunning

Negative: The only little thing about are room was the mattress very comfy but with a kind of separation in the middle that made it weird

Positive: The architecture and views. The hotel was immaculate. So peaceful.

Negative: The narrow road leading up to the hotel especially when it’s dark.

Summary: Nice weekend break. Our room was external to the reception area & had reasonable supplies of tea, coffee, toiletries

Positive: Accommodation perfect for a dog with ample parking. Fine dining was excellent with knowledgable friendly staff. Also the full English breakfast was cooked to a very high standard.

Negative: Not so much didn't like but felt the room we had could do with a re-fresh. Bathroom was bijou but perfectly adequate. However the basin tap was such that it was impossible to fill a kettle!

Summary: Perfect location for our needs and a short stay. Would certainly consider staying again.
