Summary: A true 5-star experience! The hotel was amazing, with a beautiful garden and exceptional service. Food options and quality were excellent, and the à la carte restaurant was outstanding. Summary: A Wonderful Family Stay at Barut Hemera Resort – Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic family holiday at Barut Hemera Resort – everything from the hospitality to the facilities exceeded our expectations. A very special thank you to the amazing team at the Kids Club: Munos (a truly kind and dedicated person – our kids adored her!), Monika, Danaya, Fatos, and Zarina. The kids’ activities were well-organized, engaging, and made our children look forward to every day. They created a safe, fun, and welcoming environment – truly a highlight of our stay. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety and consistently high quality across all meals. Whether buffet or à la carte, everything was fresh and delicious. We’d also like to give a special mention to Fevzi, whose shisha service was outstanding – friendly, professional, and always with a smile. He made our evenings truly relaxing. At the spa, we had a great experience thanks to Annie and Ellie. Their warm approach and professional service made us feel pampered and cared for. Overall, this was a memorable trip for the whole family, and we would happily return. Rating our Expedia experience: 5/5 – smooth booking, accurate information, and a seamless trip from start to finish.

Summary: What a superb hotel this is. We enjoyed a great holiday here with our grown up family. Attention is very evidently paid to every aspect of the hotel and its running, making for a faultless experience as a guest. Everything from the maintenance of rooms, grounds, and services, to the bar and restaurants, the quality of the food and drink, and very importantly the demeanour and courtesy of the universally wonderful staff is done very well. Some in our group had to change rooms due to a maintenance issue, but the proactive approach taken to compensating us immediately neutralised the inconvenience, to the degree that we actually felt it had been good fortune! There is attention to detail everywhere you look: as an example the table tennis table is kept equipped with good quality table tennis bats that are clearly renewed regularly and never allowed to degrade to being tatty. We were impressed particularly with how consistently every member of staff - from room cleaners, to bar staff, and entertainment staff - was professionally pleasant, and went about their jobs with cheerfulness. We know not all guests are easy to deal with but witnessed just how well some challenging situations were approached. The hotel leadership and management are clearly doing something right here to have a team that behaves this way, and this hugely contributes to the enjoyable experience of being a guest here. We would all come back here, in a flash, and hopefully we will.

Summary: Food is top quality, even from buffet, everything we tried was perfectly cooked and high quality. Unlike most All inclusive holidays the Barut Hemera serves genuine product and not local versions. Highly recommend a visit!

Summary: The food was great. The beach needs cleaning daily. Since they have a floating duck it keeps the debri and trash in the swimming area

Summary: The food is very fresh...and the stuff work hard for the guests. Wifi is not 100%...but OK. And if something is wrong...they fix it, so they work hard for the clients. Very good.
