Summary: The staff, especially Petra, the manager were great. Nice hotel but lacking a few basics. No in room or lobby microwave, but the staff will take your food to the back to warm it, which is kinda odd. Our first room was a handicapped room and the AC did not work. Petra moved us to another room which was great.
