Positive: We lined the overall size and layout especially the balcony. The Wednesday night concert series was wonderful
Negative: The 10, yes 10 digit access code to the unit 212 was extremely frustrating both to remember the lengthy number but mainly because it often took 6 or more attempts for it to accept the code…….we picked this place because it had a pool and hot tub, but came to find out that it was an extra charge which would have been $60 for our family, disappointing. The apartment was ‘tired’, the carpet was stained in many places and frayed at a number of doorways. The owners personal items were haphazardly dumped in the pantry and closet making it difficult to put clothes and suitcases. The dresser in the master was AWFUL …….once clothes were placed in a few drawers the drawers all slid fully open permanently creating a tripping hazard as well as being a tipping hazard. The hot water went out the first night so everyone had cold showers, upon calling the number this was resolved the next day. We own a VRBO with an ‘exceptional’ rating, so I know what it takes to present a great property, the fixes that are needed in this unit are not majorly expensive but could really make it an excellent place to stay.
Summary: The price was good, the building was lovely but I would not stay in this particular unit again.

Positive: Property had all ameities that we required. Both bathrooms were very roomy and filled with towels and paper products.
Negative: Could have been cleaner. Lot of dust around property (outside of bathrooms).
Summary: Property served the purpose we needed it for. I am sure it would be a great property in the winter.

Positive: We liked accommodation at this place. It made with love and good taste. We checked in and out all the way remotely that was fun, easy and convenient. Everything in the kitchen was working and enough for cooking at home…
Negative: I would change the rug that was all stained. I would change the cushions and seats on the balcony sofa (it doesn’t look clean, so I used towels while using it). I would buy new frying pans, because all are scratched real bad.
Summary: Overall staying was comfortable and good for a short vacay.

Negative: It was hot, we really could have used air conditioning. Still, I would have given this property 10 stars except the property management was not great. The dishes in the cabinets were very dirty. Greasy bowl with crumbs in it kind of dirty. Grossed us out. They shut off the water without even warning us, to work on some other unit. And on our last day, they shut off our door access code. We had extended our stay by one night, and then later decided to leave a little early and not stay the actual last night. Bevause it was hot and I was not sleeping well. But we had the unit paid for, so no problem, or so we thought. We started packing up our car late morning. We were taking our time since we didn't have to be out of the unit. By a stroke of luck, my husband did not lock the door on our last trip to the car with stuff. I went back up after the car was loaded because I needed to use the bathroom and also to double check that nothing was being forgotten. The code had just been shut off. This happened mid day, around 12:30 or so I think. Our guess was they messed up.on the code programming because we extended. Well, they really should be able to deal with that. I went downstairs to the restroom in the ski storage, and we simply left. But it really wasn't ok with us to be locked out of the unit when we had paid for it.

Positive: Excellent location at the base of the lift. Great views, spacious, clean and updated furnishings. The parking garage was convenient and very nice. The unit also had a locker to hold our skis, boots, etc. There was a private outdoor deck and we even had a pretty view at night with the trees all lit up.
Negative: TV’s in bedrooms worked great but we couldn’t get the one in the living room to come in.
Summary: We had a great stay at this property. Our unit was very nice, couldn’t ask for more. Definitely would stay here again.
