Summary: The rooms were a good size and clean. The hot tub and area were in great working condition. The building and structures were clean and easily accessible. The location was phenomenal for my friends and I. Please take a look at fixing the shower pull in the guest bathroom and the door handle was really loose. Those were our only 2 concerns. Thanks for a fabulous stay.

Summary: We couldn’t have asked for a better location or hotel for our stay! We were two adults travelling with five kids, and had the main floor suite. The accessibility was perfect and the rooftop hot tub was the cherry on top. We will definitely be back.

Summary: Very disappointed that they closed the hot tub 25 hours before our stay, we ONLY stay at places with a hot tub and had no time to find a replacement. If Basecamp didn't have such an impersonal check in procedure then I would have spoken with someone about the hot tub and possibly found out in time about the hot tub in order to cancel. Also we were very disappointed to find that the room has no drawers or any closets for clothing, only 3 hangers and 6 coat hooks, that should be disclosed in the room description, we were forced to have to live out of our suitcases. I can't imagine more than 2 people and their belongings in there like a family of 3-4 on a ski vacation! I would only use this as a last resort for a one night stay for 1-2 people because the location was great, and there's a hot tub sometimes.

Summary: The bed was next to the kitchen, the lovely digital clocks from the stove and microwave shined their eternal light over me as I was trying to sleep. Extremely loud ventilation system that would turn on and off, in intervals, during the whole stay. Very thin walls, might have had elephants as neighbours. Possibly hippos. At least it was very fresh and clean.
