Summary: Room had no heating Half the lights and power sockets didn’t work The receptionist couldn’t be bothered to sort the issues as it wasn’t her problem.

Summary: Very good value for money, a few small aesthetic issues with the room but nothing that caused any inconvenience. £30 cheaper than other nearby hotels and I had a really good night sleep.

Summary: The staff were courteous but thin on the ground. Dinner booked for 6pm we ended up waiting an hour and a half for our main course. There were only 15 people in the dining room. The starters were reduced to a choice of 2 at the start. These arrived luke warm. By the time we got to desert 2 hours later my choice was no longer available. The standard of food served was poor. Some people left the dining room asked for refund and ordered a deliveroo which did arrive quicker than some people's mains. The staff were doing their best but everyone believed this was a management issue.
