If you're looking for a very roomy, newer, updated house that can accommodate a larger group, or family LOOK NO FURTHER. Whether you're in town for a family trip, or in town for work this house is the ideal property. It has 6 beds, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, almost an acre of fenced in backyard, with an outdoor patio and an amazing sunroom!! It has a total of 5 TV's throughout the house, a pool table, and plenty of room for the kids, or whoever is in your group to space out and to relax!! The location is nestled in a quiet suburban neighborhood minutes from Crocker park, which is one of Cleveland premier shopping and restaurant area's. If you'll be visiting downtown during your trip it's an easy 20 minute highway drive.
Other things to note:
The remote for the back sun room is in the drawer next to the dishwasher. Make sure to put it back in that drawer because it costs $100.

Summary: Our family of ten stayed comfortably in the home while in Cleveland for a wedding. The yard was huge and private. The master bedroom mattress was great. I could not feel my husband moving around while he slept. The neighborhood is a nice residential area that was quiet with the exception of the garbage pickup at the church across the street. The enclosed porch was where we spent all of our time. What a great room to hang out with everyone. Thankfully, the temps weren’t too high because the AC unit didn’t work. We notified the property manager and presumably the owner whose number was left in the kitchen counter. The property manager got back to us after 24 hours and the owner never responded to my text. Prior to arrival bing, we inquired about a coffee pot and were told it was a 12 cup but it was only a 5 cup. Not a big deal but when you have ten coffee drinkers it becomes challenging waiting for the coffee to brew. I inquired about the pot size because I was going to bring a larger one if needed. The full shower in the basement works but isn’t great per the note that was left. So we opted not to use it. The basement ‘bedroom’ has no windows or doors to exit in an emergency. It’s more like a finished basement with two beds and a full bath. Overall, the house was very spacious, in a great location and perfect for what we needed, but the house needs a good cleaning.

Summary: The property was as advertised. The backyard was huge and the house very spacious as well. The four-season room was ideal for family gatherings. Location was ideal - quiet neighborhood but close to Crocker Park and other restaurants and retail shopping areas. The kitchen was fully stocked for any cooking that we wanted to do. The house was generally clean. However, the master bath was almost unusable given the mold on the floor and walls of the shower. The throw rug in the bathroom was too dirty to use as well. Overall, we were happy with the home, but more attention needs to be paid to the bathroom areas by the cleaning crew. We will probably use this property again if that can be addressed.
