Positive: Easy check in, good communication with the host, nice and clean apartment, comfortable beds. Not very far from the center and there were places to eat nearby.

Negative: Kitchen not very well equipped. Pots and pans were dirty. No cloths to clean down the kitchen. No soap.

Positive: Location, beds, easy access, friendly communicators
Negative: Shower head in the end suite kept falling down and the bath plug needed forking out, unless we were being stupid which is possible.

Positive: Excellent location. Both bedrooms were well kept and comfortable for our stay. The lounge/diner/kitchen was plenty of room to relax in the evenings. Great to have two bathrooms. Dishwasher and washing machine are super convenient. The downstairs shower was really warm and powerful.
Negative: Some simple things would make the stay a bit better. The blinds in the living room need replacing, they fell down when we tried to use them. The TV needs replacing it has damage on the screen which makes it difficult to watch. The upstairs shower has such low pressure the shower head won't stay up! The hand rail on the staircase is coming away and needs fixing. The downstairs shower although warm and powerful needs a different screen, despite not moving the screen it still leaked. The kitchen utensils need some attention, the frying pan and oven tray are unusable. The dishwasher needs salt and rinse add as it's not washing effectively.
Summary: Great location, fit for purpose, needs some TLC.

Positive: Location is great. Close to the city and Sainsbury for groceries 👍🏻👍🏻 All facilities are good but we haven’t use the dishwasher. Andrew the host is very nice and attentive.
Negative: The fridge is only for chilling food, not frozen. You may need to consume your food immediately. My stay is for 8 days so I need to store raw foods for my cooking. Just that others are all good!!
Summary: Great experience while I am in Bath.

Positive: It was in a good location, within walking distance of the centre.
Negative: It could do with a deep clean. Fluff and dust present. Sinks needed cleaning. Kettle needs descaling. Beds were noisy and uncomfortable.
Summary: There should be mention of road noise as it kept all of us awake.
