Positive: Very cozy. I love the parking spots .
Negative: Our condo front door mad so much noise it was awful. No curtain in living room you could see right in . So we had to keep the lights off . At night . No smoking on the property. I understand no smoking in condo I’m a smoker but I don’t smoke in my house either I go outside and put my butts in a water bottle . Other than that we really enjoyed our stay it’s our first time at Rock port. Trying to find our spot for vacation which we normally go to SPI but we are getting older and not sure how much longer we can make that 5 hour drive we always stayed in the same condo we don’t like jumping around to different places to stay we normally stay 5 nights on our regular vacation in June . We are just looking for a spot we enjoy. We really did love the location. If you have any properties where you can smoke out side can you please let me know. Hopefully we can find a condo like the one we stayed in . We will decide later where we will be going on vacation in June 2025 Rock port or SPI . Thank you this condo was beautiful just the door issue and curtains. We didn’t take any pictures. We did not even think about that sorry .

Positive: The place was beautiful right on the water.
Negative: The first night we bought some groceries and when we got back to the apt the refrigerator was warm. My son reset it but it didn't cool till the morning. The pool was closed. And there was no BBQ pit. It was a weekday so there were construction workers working right outside the balcony.
