Summary: The condo had black sugar ants all in the kitchen. The washer wasn't working properly, didn't clean clothes. The number one issue was we rented tge condo June 13th thru 20th, and all things the pool was closed. for the whole time. No one cared about the screens hanging down. kids just wanted to swim. pumps ran everyday pool was clean.

Summary: Very nice property, peaceful , didn’t have to travel to far to enjoy the outings we wanted to do . Spacious , nice well kept we really enjoyed our stay nice views of the bay seen dolphins 2 days in a row , fishing off of the dock , swimming pool was a plus , nice neighbors if we needed to get ahold of management they were very quick to answer . Thank you so much !!!

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Its a beautiful place to stay but the washer broke on us twice which they did replace and the dryer stopped working which they did fix. The sewer overflowed into the parking lot and we had to move our vehicles but they got that cleaned up as well. The pool was down for maintenance up until the last 2 days we were there and they got that fixed as well. The inside is absolutely gorgeous compared to the outside of the property.

Summary: Property was nice the condo was nice parking wasn’t the best with construction going on and people parked in our spot so we had nowhere to park kinda frustrating renting a place for 8 days and parking is messed up but overall nice place

Summary: Response from the text service was fast.... They had a ton towels and cookware. Only thing that was missing in kitchen was salt and pepper....It was so quiet and peaceful by the bayou docks. My 13 year old liked fishing at dark. The dock lights up at night.....beach and Walmart was about 10 to 15 mins away...and orange beach was a beautiful 30 mins drive....this was so perfect wish I had another 3 days 😪

Summary: There are a few mean old retires living in complex that such. Also, they were towing cars that did not have a parking pass within 12 hours. We did not get towed but others did and they were very upset. They only allow 2 parking passes per unit. If no pass they tell you to park at a softball complex like a mile away. The docks are very high off the brackish water. This place is just OK. Rooms were clean. We will not stay here again. There are many better places to stay for the money.

Summary: This place was a great size for our group. We loved that each family had their own room & bathroom, and very accommodating for seating between the couch and chairs. It rained during our stay so we were glad to be able to use the pool. Only issues we had were the ability to turn down the fans in each room, we weren’t able to get the living room tv to ever work, as well as the bathtub had a hard time draining. Just some suggestions for future guest, as none of these issues made the stay horrible for us.

Summary: This was the perfect spot! The condo was a great size with a lake view. There was a nice pool and hot tub on the grounds. If I had any questions I just called and got great service. Would definitely recommend this spot!
