New listing this year!!!! Bayfront condo with 4 bedrooms 3 full baths located in the gated Shelter Harbor Community in the heart of Beach Haven with 2 assigned parking spaces.
This second and third story unit offers elevated and unobstructed views of the bay from its 2 decks furnished for your comfort during your morning coffee or evening sunset. The open layout has a spacious kitchen with breakfast bar that seats 6 comfortably and is well equipped with everything you need including a blender, coffee maker, dishes, cups , glassware, utensils and more. There is also a large dining area off the kitchen to accommodate all your guests.
The living room also offers great views of the bay and has a large comfortable wrap around couch, chair, coffee table, large TV and DVD player. The dinning room seats 6 people and has a sliding glass door which opens to the deck which provides a west view of the bay and the beautiful sunsets shelter harbor has to offer.
The first of the of the 4 bedrooms is situated just off the entry way and stairs to the next floor. This spacious bedroom has 2 twin beds, table, nightstand, ceiling fan as well a its own TV. There is also a full bathroom next to the bedroom.
The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, the beds are all queen size and the rooms all have dressers, nightstands, ceiling fans. The master bedroom offers great views of the bay while the guest room next door offers a private deck over looking the bay. The front guest room is spacious and offer a eastern exposure for the early riser.
We provide pillows and blankets. Linens and towels are NOT supplied.

Summary: We enjoy taking advantage of the local summer (September) in LBI and there’s no better place than Brad‘s marina townhome. The sunsets and view were amazing and as advertised. Brad‘s home is impeccable and he is very accessible with any concerns. The location is exactly where you want to be with a short walk to the amusement park, brewery and many quaint shore shops. After watching the sunset from your private balcony, You can end your day with a round of miniature golf and a choice of ice cream shops just minutes from the Marina.

Summary: Brad's home was easily one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The view of the bay, the short walk to the beach, the pool and all the walkable stores and restaurants are unbeatable! I would love to stay hear again in the near future.

Summary: very nice property - spacious for the 4 of us. Overlooks the marina and bay - we had front row seats for the fireworks after kite festival from the 2 balconies (one on each floor).

Summary: We had an extraordinarily wonderful stay Brad is an absolute pleasure to deal with. The house is clean organized and extremely well-stocked you don’t need to bring anything but your personal property. Ladies the only thing you need is a hairdryer. LOL. I would highly recommend renting this property you will not be disappointed sunsets are amazing off both decks🏖
