Summary: For a last minute overnight booking it was quite an experience. Despite letting staff know I had mobility issues a room was allocated on the other side of the complex. After paying for an upgrade in order to get closer to the entrance the upgrade was worse in every way than the room I was given. I then downgraded to the original room type. Breakfast was plentiful but limited hot protein options.

Summary: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The breakfast was a highlight—everything was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety. Plus, you can’t beat the location! It’s close to everything, which made it so easy to get around and explore.

Summary: Bay Gardens is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in. The staff is very nice and diligent. They keep the property very clean. I am lookimg to staying there again when I visit St Lucia.
