Positive: We booked room on the 1st floor and we got on the ground floor what was a big difference for us - after we spoke with a reception I got info they need to fix the problem with management and that's it. No one reacted , after 3 x asked by the receptionist we left this case cause away cause they don't care at all. Info from the reception- we are fully booked - no room free on the 1st floor. They literally don't care about anything, on the whole island so don't expect anything from them, you got nothing.
