Positive: Great roomy apartment in Bal Harbour area ( Miami north beach) safe area, in walking distance to cafe, restaurants, bars and beach ( approx 15 mins)
Negative: Unit 403: The furniture looks stylish but is very hard and uncomfortable to sit on. Need replacing. Luckily the beds were comfortable and clean .
Summary: Great apartment in safe area, furniture needs to be more comfortable in unit 403
