Positive: The host was very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The apartment was private and quiet.
Negative: The only thing I would say is that we couldn't find a brush that we would have used to sweep out some mud from our shoes from the doorway but this is very picky. It was great.
Summary: Fantastic luxury apartment - would book again!

Positive: Excellent communication!! Very clean and a temperature you can adjust yourself. Bed comfy and everything nice. I was staying by myself and felt safe.
Negative: Car parking was very tight.

Positive: it was exceptionally clean and a real home from home. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. It felt safe and being able to park the car behind electronically locked gates was a real bonus. The utility room was perfect for storing suitcases so not cluttering up the bedroom. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. We will certainly be staying again. It is only 10 minutes away from our elderly relatives in Littleover which was really convenient.
Negative: These are suggestions not dislikes. We stayed in apartment 4. The sockets for the hairdryer etc were behind the chest of drawers and you needed to be a contortionist to plug anything in. It would made more sense to swap over the positions of the chest of drawers and the desk so you can access the sockets through the legs of the desk. The switch for the bathroom fan is very high up the wall. I could only just reach it stood on tiptoes😂! The kitchen is well equipped but an ice tray in the freezer would have been useful. Finally, in this Prosecco age, some champagne flutes would have been nice🥂.
Summary: We had an enjoyable stay in a clean, safe and well equipped apartment.
