Positive: Very Clean and exactly what you see in the photos. Good Location for walking down to Rushcutters Bay or up to Kings Cross. This is a very compact but well set-up property and I would stay again - don't know if it would be that comfortable for 2 more people staying though.
Negative: Had a problem with the fridge - had not been defrosted in a long time so ice box was completely blocked up and constantly dripping on food I put in fridge. In the end I defrosted it myself and got the ice out. Would recommend the host puts in some additional heating - I did arrive on Sydney's coldest day in 25 years - but the little fan heater was not up to it. Also additional blankets should be available.
Summary: Recommend as fabulously clean and good location

Negative: The property whilst neat was not clean. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. Throw Pillows on bed had stains and quilt was yellow stained. The water glasses had a milky residue, so required cleaning before use. The building had scheduled maintenance during our stay, which meant we were without running water for 2 hours. That was inconvenient!
Summary: Good location, property suits individual not couple and someone who is ok with superficial cleanliness.

Positive: no breakfast provided, only instant coffee a,tea bags and sugar.
Negative: .despite spending 1 week in the apt and informing owner of malfunctioning fridge when we returner for second stay of several weeks the fridge was still malfunctioning. We thought the charge of 4.5% for payment with credit/debit card was excessive especially when paying around AU$ 5,000 bill as there is no possibility to make a cash payment online.
