Lovely 5 Bedroom home that sleeps 14 On the bay with beautiful sunset bay views and short walk to ferry and beach. Two (2) decks, BBQ, outdoor shower plus 2 full baths. A/C-Heater, Fully equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances. WIFI, Direct TV, DVD player with movies and outdoor game area that is suitable for Corn-hole, Horseshoes and Bocce. Washer and Dryer, in home for your use. Short walk to Concession, Harbor store and Casino Restaurant and Cafe overlooking the ocean.
Starter roll of Paper towels and toilet paper are provided, as well as dish soap and detergent. Linens and towels (bath/beach) are not included but can be purchased at an additional cost. Feel free to contact us for more details.

Summary: This house was the perfect place for a family/friends getaway. we loved the location and the interior was clean and updated. It had enough rooms/beds to accommodate our group comfortably and we never felt like we were crowded. There were plenty of spaces to hang out in, whether inside or out. We loved the outdoor deck and enjoyed watching the wildlife up close and personal. I would definitely rent here again.

Summary: Fantastic feedback and communication with owner. Clean and great set up for our families. I wish there were more AC for the upstairs accommodations, but the nights were cool. Overall it was a fantastic house for our needs for the week and the owners were super.

Summary: A group of us stayed at Maria’s for a weekend. Great location and beautiful views. Lots of beds, two bathrooms, and the outdoor shower was an awesome addition. New BBQ grill and plenty of beach chairs to borrow from the shed. Overall a nice time!
