Summary: Gorgeous three bedroom, three bathroom condo near the water. The property was well-stocked and clean. My only complaint is that the mattress I slept on was thin and quite uncomfortable. I like a firmer mattress.

Summary: This is a nice condo and is as listed. Our experience, however was not great. After we arrived and checked in we noticed that things were not as clean as they appeared, it is not appointed for 6 people and it needs maintenance. There were dirty dishes, the cushions on the patio furniture had dog hair and a white substance on them and when we turned them over it was worse. The coffee maker leaked and when we moped up the water with paper towels the towels were brown with grime. There were cobwebs and dust bunnies in the main bedroom closet and the shower curtain in another had brown rust stains on the bottom. There were broken items: a light fixture in a bathroom, a chair, one of the (only) two luggage racks and the light over the dining table must have a short in it because it was flickering badly. The entry lock needs a battery, it didn't work for most of our stay (we had it reset once & then just ended up leaving the patio door unlocked so we could get back in) The condo is listed for 6ppl and there were 4 dining chairs, 5 dinner forks, 2 wine glasses. We reached out to Vacasa, the management company, and they offered to have someone come out to clean the condo. This would have been an inconvenience and also we were not comfortable with having people in the condo when we were not there. We asked if they could just bring a new coffee maker and wine glasses and they said that they would, but did not. In the end they returned $30 of the $266 cleaning fee.

Summary: The condo was cute and well stocked, the view is very nice. The location was good, but a little bit of a drive to get to the rainforest and local OP landmarks. Again, the wifi was not working and I ended up having to leave the condo to get schoolwork done. I felt a little put out since I paid for a place with wifi.

Summary: We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the place. Cobwebs, dirty floors, dirty oven and grill. It actually had nothing, no oil or butter or basic pantry items that most places will have.

Summary: This condo was perfect for our family. 3 queen beds each with own bathroom. Good location not far from rec center and beach to launch paddleboards. Property is somewhat dated but kept in good shape. We'd rent this place again.
