You are right on the shores of Saint Charles Bay, allowing you to admire picture-perfect bay views every single day. Amenities for your enjoyment include a 2.1-mile community boardwalk, a firepit, a fishing dock, a hammock park with an outdoor kitchen and gas grills, a bayfront pool, a bayfront pier, and kayaks (must remain at the pier). Your home is centrally located within the community and is within walking distance of these amazing amenities.
The home, recently built in 2022, boasts an abundance of features, from a private gas grill and outdoor dining area to an inviting waterfront patio with an outdoor dining area - ideal for steak nights or spending quality time with loved ones. Enjoy amazing views of the bay from the comfort of the patio which features an outdoor TV and fans that keep everyone cool. With free WiFi, streaming, and board games, you won't go short of entertainment for those lazy evenings. And of course, the full kitchen with a wine fridge will make indoor gatherings that extra bit special. Prepare delicious homemade treats thanks to all the wonderful, stainless steel appliances, and use the Keurig to make a cup of coffee or two before starting your day. There is a dedicated laundry room with a washer/dryer, sink, iron, and ironing board for added convenience.

Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site.
**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Summary: Our women’s weekend at Casa Bahia San Carlos was incredible. Nestled in a serene neighborhood just steps away from the breathtaking coastline, this charming retreat exceeded all of our expectations. The house was nice, clean, and very comfortable, with great amenities that made our stay enjoyable. The house itself is a delightful blend of cozy comfort and coastal elegance. We had an amazing time surrounded by the tranquil bay, which added to the peaceful atmosphere. Plus, being close to downtown Rockport made it convenient for exploring the area. Highly recommend Casa Bahia San Carlos for a relaxing getaway!

Summary: Open back door and take 10 steps and your at the water. House is prettier in person. The pics do not do it justice. Loved the neighborhood pool. Loved to Sonos sound system inside the house. We will be returning guest next year. The Perdue's Conroe TX

Summary: Wow. Wife and I stayed here and loved every minute. Completely decked out kitchen and very nice furnishings. I fished from the porch and pier, and we shopped downtown. We ate a few meals out and had excellent seafood, live music and atmosphere. We highly recommend the restaurant Latitudes and the shop Coastal Mercantile. While at house we spend hours on the back porch, listening to music. The surround sound airplay was easy to connect to, and available both outside and inside. Will definitely be booking for summer.

Summary: This was the perfect spot to spend a few relaxing days during spring break. I had my wife and three boys and my parents. The layout was perfect as each room had it's own bathroom. The pier was right off the back porch so it made for hours of fishing. Highly recommend this spot.

Summary: Excellent property. Well equipped kitchen. All very clean. Nice for older folks as getting into the house had only one small step and all was on one level. There are steps to the long walkway in the back. Each bedroom had its own bath. Just a short walk to the pier for fishing. overall great place.
