Summary: One of the main reasons for selecting this hotel was the hot tub and it was drained and out of service. It would be so nice if hotels would update their listings to indicate when services/amenities are not available, as I would not have booked this location if I had know the hot tub was not functioning. The front desk person did not even comment when I expressed how disappointed I was that the hot tub was not working. The room and facility needed a good cleaning and was in need of a freshening up of paint...dirt in even corner of bathroom, peeling paint, hole in bathtub surround, dingy hallway carpeting, etc. Bed frame was broken and bed rocked a bit. Breakfast at 7:45 was very picked over, but there was a person tending to it, so I won't know if they ran out of everything early or what. Very little protein options. There were 3 bins for hot food and they all contained biscuits. Someone was smoking marijuana on our floor in the evening and the smell was drifting into my room. Guests were also smoking cigarettes right outside the entrance and the smoke was unavoidable when entering and exiting the building. Not a good look for a smoke-free facility. Overall, the stay was just ok, but also disappointing, especially with no hot tub and breakfast sucking. I won't stay here again.

Summary: The people working were very nice. Our room just wasnt super clean and smelled like pee. The hot tub wasn't hot but barely warm.

Summary: Difficult to find someone at front desk Didn’t return texts Broken shower curtain rod Broken dresser drawer Broken hot tub (super frustrating). This was the reason we chose this hotel. Breakfast closed 1/2 hour early

Summary: There was no desk clerk either for check-in or check-out. Sign said to press button but only button I saw was a phone base that replayed incoming messages. Check-in clerk did appear but none ever showed up for check-out. Breakfast was medocre - limited with no eggs and 3 single serving cereal boxes.

Summary: The hot tub was colder than the pool. The hotel is in need of a lot of updating and repairs. Paint is chipping and falling in the bathroom.

Summary: Nicely maintained property. There are gas stations, and restaurants close by as well as an Aldi and Walmart within walking distance. Morning breakfast was nice as well.

Summary: The elevator showed the elevators service certificate expired 4/21/25, my first room smelled of stail smoke when all the rooms were supposed to be smoke free. The hotel looks to need to be updated a bit. I jave stayed there aeveral times when i come onto town so i would still stay again.
