Summary: Floor had not been vacuumed, spiders in webs in three different corners. Ceiling was peeling in both the bathroom and bedroom. Air conditioner was broken so you couldn't see the temperature. Obvious friends or family were dropping food on the floor and elevator and not cleaning it up. Couch was dirty.

Summary: The room was not vacuumed, we found a Dime and a red licorice twizzler on the floor between the bed and nightstand; the window screen was torn (we were on the first floor) and the shades were about 6 inches too short and couldn’t block the light and view; lights, refrigerator and microwave were not plugged in; television remote needed complicated sequences to access the tv and we had to get a staff member to come show us how to work it as there were not printed instructions available; the bathroom floor was dirty, especially around the toilet; there was no ice bucket in our room and the ice machine was not working anyway. On the positive side: the staff was congenial and helpful, finding an ice bucket for us and filling it from a bag of ice they had available, helping with the tv remote. Also the mattresses were very comfortable.

Summary: Please have them remove the pool and hot tub off the description the pool has not been in service for a long time. The pool area is storage for mattresses and room furniture. When you filter pool for your desired hotels and you get there and there is no pool it is very disappointing

Summary: People in the front were super nice and as well for check out. Rooms were super clean and no foul smells.

Summary: Service was quick and easy to get in. Room was broken. Curtain falling off. Bathroom door with what looks like a knife stab. Outlet broken. AC vent had debris inside it. Bed was clean and comfy.

Summary: Pool was shut down and website did not indicate it was closed. Breakfast was undesirable. Room was ok. Hotel could use new towels.

Summary: Our actual reservation wasn't available. The heat was not on so room was freezing cold with temps outside in single digets and there was a huge freezing draft under the unit. Floor needed to be vacuumed. Shower was very good though. Front desk late night checked in person was awesome. Parking lot had not bee plowed, probably all winter. Parking was thin. Breakfast was very slim.
