Summary: Didn't really care about seeing a couple bugs. I understand it's the south. But place is run down and people next door were talking all night. Walls are paper thin. Also the door slams closed on its own. Heard it about 10x and couldn't sleep. Don't know what they were doing all night

Summary: Room was clean and convenient. Good price and quality condition. Was given first floor as requested. Staff were polite and solicitous. Bed was very comfortable. Could have used better breakfast choices. Coffee good, juice machine was broken, would have liked possibly some hot food like eggs, sausage, bacon. Windermere in Gettysburg has excellent continental breakfast as example. Really quite nice for overnite stay.

Summary: 24 hours before my arrival Baymont sent me a link via text message to check in, I submitted my personal information driver license, credit card, address and when I arrived I Informed in the women/clerk that I was already checked in and all I needed was a card key, she said that was not from Baymont Inn, however when I called the number from the text message it actually was from them. I then informed her of of this, however she keep insisting that it was not from Baymont and she was very disrespectful/insulting towards me, telling that I was wrong and she was right, I finally did get checked in and I spoke to the general manager the next morning and he informed that I was correct and apologized for his employee. After this experience I will probably never stay at a Baymont Inn & Suites again.

Summary: Check in was quick and easy. Had dinner across the parking lot and was back on 95 in no time in the morning. Staff was lovely.

Summary: The room upon entering looked clean. It smelled really nice. As I pulled back my sheets, there was stains on the bottom. Honestly it was after midnight and I was exhausted so I just layed on the other side of the bed.
