Summary: We had a good experience with this hotel. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was on duty and attentive. Breakfast wasn’t that great but we got down there about 8:30 so probably our fault everything was almost all eaten. Other than that, I would give the hotel five stars!

Summary: The building is old, and the doorknob was broken, making it difficult to open. Also, the phone charger was old and wobbly, preventing it from charging. Guests are advised to bring their own potable charger and or I need a power cord.

Summary: Lobby had trash cans around for a leaking tub fr ok m third floor but girl was mopping everytime i saw her. Other than that it waa Amazing! Breakfast was too

Summary: The good: Reception was extremely helpful and friendly. The cleaners do a great job; the room was cleaner than many more expensive hotels. Their staff is excellent! The questionable: The condition of the walls and furniture was surprising—chunks missing, wood veneer ripped off, weird small pillows, and a mattress than sank in the middle. The elevator was also shabby and smelly. There aren't enough tables at breakfast and nowhere else to sit down, so you may just not be able to take advantage of your free breakfast.

Summary: Staff were very nice. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Property was clean and in a convenient location. The beds aren’t the best, but they aren’t bad for a night or two.

Summary: When we checked in, we were told the elevator was out of order and we were on the 3rd floor. When I balked because of our age and bad knee, Ashley only chuckled. I assumed there were no rooms available on the first floor, since she didn't offer. We combined suitcases and accessories and made it to the top. That evening as we were returning from dinner and asked if the elevator was fixed, the fire alarm went off and we were outside for about a half hour. Next morning, when I was checking out and mentioned the elevator and our location and age, Dorothy said we could always request a room on a lower floor! Not happy. And btw, TERRIBLE coffee! Won't stay at a Baymont again.
