Summary: Only thing wrong was the room smelled terrible. Had to have the window open the whole time to be able to tolerate it. Was a musty moldy smell, Breakfast was almost nonexistent.

Summary: Worst hotel room we ever stayed in. The room smelled horribly musty. The sink would not drain and the bathtub faucet leaked. The bathroom door would not close fully. The bed was ok but overruled by musty smell. Even the dresser drawers smelled. At breakfast the lady that was in there abruptly started putting away the coffee and snapped at us they close at 9. Would not stay again. Very disappointed in a Wyndham property.

Summary: There was no coffee maker, the refrigerator was iced over, the carpet needed a good sweeping. Overall not a bad stay. Paint peeling and cracking in the bathroom. Customer service was great, overall cleanliness was good.

Summary: Staff was friendly and easy to talk to. Room was clean. Air conditioner worked great. Ice machine worked. Bed was comfortable. Pool area was clean. Breakfast was filling.

Summary: This hotel needs a serious remodel! The toilet shouldn’t move, when you sit down. The ceilings were cracked or have water damage. The carpet needs to be replaced, the beds should be updated and raised more off of the floor, headboard needs to be removed and the cabinets gotta go! It was quiet and the room was clean.

Summary: Property was okay; convenient to food, shopping and Hocking Hills State Park, which was the purpose for our trip. Room was relatively clean, but had to ask for towels, soap, tissue after arrival due to minimal items provided. Continental breakfast was sparse but fine; definite drop-off in cleanliness between first and second days of stay. Overall, would probably stay here again.

Summary: There was no elevator. Also one end of the hotel was near the American Legion and the music was very loud late at night. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was ok. Hotel was out dated

Summary: I’ve stayed here before. And selected to have the same room as I did last time. This was an important and only reason to stay here. I paid upfront. I did not get the same room. When I went to speak to front desk. She really didn’t know how to help. I showed her all my itinerary. She did move us to the “executive suite” that I was supposed to have. After 3 hours of this. We get to the other room. Still not the same room. Bigger. But the jacuzzi tub was a big down grade. We already wasted so much time and it was now to late to do any of the things we had planned for this 2 days trip we decided to go do what we could and speak with someone tomorrow before check out at 11am. In hopes it could be made right somehow. After finally talking with 2 other people I find out that we are not in even in the executive room that we was transferred to. But was also told that I would need to specify that to the hotel personally next time. That apparently the third party app I booked through and use often was to blame. Even though I selected the room to book again from a prior trip. 2 years previous. It took me this long to get back die to my health and unfortunately I don’t know if I’ll ever get their again. Very disappointed. This place is very well keeps and pleasant staff. But unfortunately the only reason we went even to this area was specifically for the room I had before.
