Positive: It was very clean

Negative: The staff was very rude, the man who checked us in was on a personal call on his AirPods and didn’t acknowledge us just gave us our room cards. Got to our room and “maintenance” guy was in our room watching tv… VERY sketchy neighborhood behind the hotel and overall would NEVER stay in Memphis again. But IF you had to stay this would be one of the safer spots. Drove by some places on the other side of town and it was so much worse.

Positive: Breakfast was good except waffle machine was broke one day.

Negative: The breakfast lady on 9/12 seemed irritated that we ask her for forks when none were out. We asked for bacon & we were finished before she finally got it ready. She was busy looking on her phone. No coffee , water or cookies at night for high priced room.

Summary: One ply toilet paper no good. No extra roll available. Keys did not work every time we tried to use
