Summary: For what we paid, I expect more. The staff was friendly and sometimes accommodating but my request for an extra pillow was ignored. The lobby coffee did not include half & half creamer nor Spleda/Equal. Thank goodness there were several retail coffee options within 5 minutes of there. After the first day, our keys did not work, and we had to get them reprogramed. The carpet of the hotel room was so dirty that when you walked from the shower to the bed, your feet got visibly dirty. No kidding. The shower pressure was modest at best. The beds were not very comfortable. If I had paid $120 per night, I could overlook these things but at over $250 per night, I expect more. It was a good location however with several dining and coffee options nearby. Parking was free. I will not stay here on my next trip to Traverse City.

Summary: Check in worker was indifferent. No friendliness or welcoming nature. Simply transactional. Halls stayed noisy with kids late beyond midnight. Guess I get what’s left in town when booking so late.

Summary: Great hotel! Hallways smelled like smoke. Rooms were clean. Plenty of space. Pool and hot tub were great. Check in was great. Breakfast was good and staff was diligent to keep the coffee coming, which was a full time job at times.

Summary: The hotel staff were great! Very friendly, very helpful and prompt with a couple requests we had. The hotel overall was OK. The linens were clean, but overall, the room wasn’t as clean as expected. Dusty vents and fixtures as well as dirty corner areas of the room and bathroom. The beds were ok but not great. The breakfast and lobby areas were clean. The breakfast was decent as expected. The pool and hot tub are both pretty big and in good condition.

Summary: Check in was amazing he was super friendly. the room had a stained blanket, cob webs in every single corner, things weren’t wiped down and dirty, the headboard looks like a cat attacked it and is ripped. 2/10 stay 0/10 room.
