Summary: Stayed here for a concert and overall was good, however, we had 2 rooms booked and one of the room’s door was broken and didn’t shut. Staff came immediately and temporarily fixed it for the night but door was still really hard to open and close. Breakfast was a mid, typical hotel breakfast. Everything else was fine good hotel for the price.

Summary: I had originally booked a two night stay. I called to change my booking to be one night instead. All was confirmed, I even received a confirmation email and a refund for the one night I wouldn’t be staying. Upon check in I was told that they had no idea I changed my reservation and that in the system I was a ‘no show’ and charged for that. I provided them the confirmation email and proof that I had paid for the one night and they said all they could do was cancel my entire booking/refund me and that I would have to make a new booking. This new booking was over a hundred dollars more than I had originally paid. It has been a week and I still haven’t received my refund for my original booking. Whenever I call, the man at the front desk is very rude and sounds confused about what I am asking and keeps telling me to call back when the manager is in

Summary: It was clean, quiet and very affordable. In. Residential area on the outskirts of Madison. Downside was only 1 lightbulb in the entire pool area, that’s after you had the front desk help you get into the pool because the lock didn’t work. Breakfast options very limited so our room didn’t eat. Also I specifically asked for a room with a bathtub as I had a special needs child and I got a shower room instead. No mention of my request, no resolution or acknowledge of it.

Summary: Hotel looks new but inside room needed a bit of a refresh. Towels had holes in it, only gave us 2 bath towels for 4 of us. There was some spots on pillow we saw in the am, and a sticky spot in carpet.

Summary: It was good for the price. Bathroom did not looked like it was cleaned very well. Staff were friendly. I would use this hotel again.

Summary: There was stains paint bubbling and peeling. Crud on the floors and the chairs. If my mother wasnt having surgery in the morning we would have left.

Summary: My daughter found a wash towel on her pillow, she had to take a cold shower as the water heater or something needed to be reset! The staff were on their personal cell phones everytime I went down to address the water! Which I had to address twice not to mention it’s 9pm at night and we had an early morning!
