Summary: What a treasure this place is! Excellent location, clean, and the recommendations from the owners for restaurants were fabulous, especially Donatello's and the beachfront places. The pool was relaxing and the amenities of Bayshore are worth staying at again.

Summary: In spite of the 3 level of stairs, we were pleasantly pleased with the location, privacy, cleanliness, and the overall preparation by the host. We would have loved to experience the pool but it was being repaired. We enjoyed the private pier. We will strongly consider these accommodations again.

Summary: Super clean STR. Very comfortable and appreciate the communication/response time. Would definitely stay again! The pool was closed due to maintenance, and we had to provide full names of individuals to access the community.

Summary: We were in town for a gymnastics meet and found that this property was perfect for our family. We had everything we needed here and the kids loved the pool and hot tub. My husband and son played tennis one morning too! If our gym books this meet again, we will be back!

Summary: We had a wonderful time at this home. The host was incredibly attentive and responded quickly to any question we had. Proximity to the pool was a huge bonus, especially having an infant son with us. If you’re looking for a relaxing time by the pool then look no further.

Summary: Very comfortable nicely furnished property for a family vacation. Great location to access Tampa St Pete attractions and local beaches. Host very responsive to any follow-up needs or concerns. Welcome guide gave lots of good ideas. Older renters should be prepared for a lot of steps.

Summary: My family had a wonderful time! We would definitely recommend and would also personally stay again. We give the property and Reid, property manager 5 out of 5 stars!!! The property was just as showed and exactly what we needed to have a fun, peaceful and relaxing holiday! Reid was a great host! Very responsive- listened well and responded quickly! The house was very clean, spacious and had nice amenities and even some extras that made it feel more like the holidays such as a decorated and lit Christmas which was great for our kids on Christmas morning. The kitchen was more well equipped than we usually experience and small, but very thoughtful adds like extra toilet tissue, laundry detergent, seasoning for food were very well received. Lastly, there was a treasure chest with wine, mints and chocolates which was a nice touch. Well done! Would definitely recommend and would stay again !
