Summary: I really enjoyed my stay. I was farther away from the Dream Park than I realized, but i also had the peace and quiet time after a full day at the field and around a lot of people. It's exactly what I needed. I also enjoyed sitting down on the lake.

Summary: We stayed here a night before we checked into Cooperstown Allstar Village baseball tournament. My son and I enjoyed fishing by the lake on the property. We also explored 3 Mile Point for fishing. Ate dinner at Blue Mingo - beautiful view on the water. We played on the arcade on the property. Super friendly staff. Property well maintained. Felt safe.

Summary: Room was very clean, and view was also very pretty (when outside). Noted that as we were getting ready for the day at 9am on Sunday morning, the upstairs was being vacuumed and was very load. Luckily we were not trying to sleep. Curtains left a tiny gap that could be resolved with another layer of curtain underneath. Overall very clean and comfortable, and fringe was also very helpful.
