Positive: Excellent location (was one stop away from Sydney CBD), staff super friendly and welcoming, the room was spotless and everything was very clean. Definitely worth the cost (which wasn't even that expensive) and will be absolutely staying at Bayswater Lodge the next time that I'm in Sydney

Positive: Location was pretty convenient if you’re into drinking out on the town but with that comes the noise of late night revellers returning through the night and walking by outside.
Negative: The room was small, acceptably clean. There was a lot of noise from the rooms adjacent and the corridor through the early hours. I realise hotel management can do little about this on a Saturday night. This seemed like a place for young party goers to stay at and I didn’t get much sleep.
Summary: Saturday night equals a noisy and restless experience

Positive: The room was very clean and comfortable. Location is very easily accessible via public transport and by car. The manager was very friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay!
Negative: Would have liked some more information and suggestions on the closest places to park, as the one that was suggested was very expensive.
Summary: Very comfortable and cozy, good value for money :)

Positive: Good location, good value, clean, balcony off room was nice.
Negative: Excessive hoops to jump through in terms of deposit, pre-check-in etc. Because I had booked 3 rooms, the process had to be repeated 3 times. Also, although the rooms were clean, the cleaner had left bags of rubbish outside the bathroom. It also wasn’t clear whether the bathroom was shared with just our 3 rooms or others as well. Shower recess leaked, so floor and bath mat was constantly soaked.
Summary: Despite the above, we had a positive experience overall.

Positive: The property was close to city centre and easily assessable by train and bus. The property was well equipped and comfortable
Negative: To carry up my suitcase as it was located on 1st floor and no lift. On 2 nights - around 9sh pm till 1am it was a bit noisy - sound from nearby restaurants The shared bathroom generally was clean and well equipped, however there were few times that the toilet was not properly flushed.
