Inside, this one-story condo features an open floor plan. The kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a large peninsula featuring counter seating, is perfect for family meals. Plus, there’s a full-size washer and dryer. Relax and catch a game in the living area on a 72-inch smart TV. Cable and wi-fi are provided for streaming options. The primary bedroom boasts an ensuite bath with tub/shower combo. The secondary bathroom has an easy access walk-in shower. Each bedroom is equipped with its own smart TV.
Parking is a breeze with one designated space directly in front of the condo. As part of the community amenities, you’ll have access to a swimming pool with water views, palapa for outdoor gatherings, a fish cleaning station, and boat docks available on a first-come basis.
