Summary: Everything was as presented in the listing. Local contact was immediately responsive to a few minor items. View from the upper porch was beautiful, especially the NYC skyline all lit up. Easy walk over the dune to the beach, which we had all to ourselves this time of year (fall). Close to NYC ferry, for our visit to midtown, and easy drive to our relatives in Freehold. We'd be happy to stay here again.

Summary: Overall the house gives a tranquil vibe; as described, ample space for us, it's an oasis with beautiful views and lots of natural light, quiet from the outside noise, clean space, a short walk to the Beach, and a great bar/restaurant Half Moon nearby. The house is also well equipped. Oh, and the hot tub was a sweet bonus surprise. It's a new addition since booking the stay. I do have some constructive feedback. There's no clear path to the Beach from the back of the house; as shown in the pictures, we had minor electrical issues with outlets in the kitchen that Jessica quickly resolved. I would suggest maybe more lights on the top deck to grill in the evening. A few minor beautification details with the bottom deck greenery. Also, perhaps the garbage takeout instructions should expressly state to bring it out on Sunday evening instead of Monday. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Beautiful house, updated, well appointed kitchen, gas grill, hot tub, comfortable Shaddy decks. Short trail over dunes to the serene beach. Lots of diving sea birds, dolphins, very calm water. We did see some jellyfish as well. Very relaxing. Quiet area - perfect for lounging and swimming

Summary: Our family loved this home on the beach. Huge outdoor deck area and backyard, a “secret path” to the beach as my kids liked to call it and a great kitchen & table for dinners and games. Convenient location for Atlantic beaches too.

Summary: My family and I recently stayed for the weekend and it was just perfect. The house was so well thought out and clean. There was something for everyone to enjoy — my grandmother was able to relax in the backyard oasis while the younger family members walked to the beach (super easy walk). We also brought our dogs and the fenced in backyard was everything, made it so easy! We wish we could've stayed longer!
