Positive: Great spa complex included in price. Breakfast is very nice, although no vegan option is offered. The room is clean and comfy. The staff was helpful and polite(although not everyone has a good English). The premises itself are nice.

Negative: The cost of doing laundry was excessive (something like 15 zloty for a t-shirt). To order a massage you need to speak with them a few days before.

Negative: Pool fecilities are 10 min walk away in separate aqua park, additional fee applies. Meals at lunch time could have been less salty.

Positive: Lobby is beautiful. The rooms rather barebones compared to others we stayed at.

Negative: Room was rather sparse. No coffee maker and no shower soap. Bill themselves as a luxury spa . Overall it was ok but not worth the money compared to others. It was clean
