Positive: 12 minute walk to Sagrada Familia, there are nearby grocery stores
Negative: The shower area is too small, you hardly fit inside. The elevator was under construction during check out and we had to carry our heavy luggages going down.

Positive: I would definitely recommend this apartment. It wasn’t very large, but anyway pretty sufficient for 4 people and it was very clean and comfortable and equipped with everything you might need. It’s about 10 minutes walk from Sagrada and 5 minutes walk from Sant Pau/Dos de Maig metro station. We arrived much earlier but we were allowed to leave our clothes until check in time. Personally thanks to Sergio, who was very attentive and professional and a really nice guy. During our stay there was a problem with the boiler that would have taken time to fix, so Sergio promptly prepared another apartment for us in city center to move into and was very attentive throughout our stay and in this situation in particular. The deposit we paid was refunded in time. So I would definitely stay again in one of the BBarcelona apartments as everything was very smooth and professional and their apartments are very comfortable for a tourist stay.

Positive: Edward was fantastic getting us settled into the property. There was some issues with the door lock working properly. He needed to call a technician who repaired the issue while we waited. Because of this, Edward waived the late check-in fee and even gave us a bottle of wine and chocolate. The apartment has been refurbished and is nice. It was a little small for the four people we had staying there. But it definitely met our needs. The location is wonderful and we were able to walk to all of the local sightseeing places. The wash machine was very helpful. They provided a drying rack that took up most of the floor space in the living room so it was a little tight. However, the convenience of doing the laundry was worth walking around the drying rack.
Negative: It is a little small for four people.

Positive: The apartment location is next to the Sagrada( 10 min walk), metro station( 5 min walk) and bus Station ( 2 min.walk). You have all you need in the apartment.
Negative: The bathroom door is broken. You can't close it ..you need to pull it and it make a lot of noise doing so. In the cold moths, the air conditioner it is not enough to make the apartment warmer. Because the windows are not so well sealed, you feel the cold everywhere.
