A very special apartment in two floors, full of stone and wood, extremely cosy with 'pan de bois' roof on the bottom floor and beams on the top floor. Two bedrooms (one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom) and a double twin room with an additional third bed that can be pulled out from underneath. Downstairs there is a living room, with sofa bed, another bathroom and a dining room/kitchen. There is a chimney facing both the living room and the dining room.
The kitchen is all made in solid wood with stone slab. The house has a full kitchen, with oven, dishwasher and washing machine. There are two balconies. The flat is very centrally located in Morgex, just around the corner of the main piazza where the restaurants and bars are. The bus stop is just one block away either towards Aosta or Courmayeur, Pré-Saint-Didier or La Thuille. Morgex is the heart of the Valdigne, so you are centrally located for all year round activities, from the hot springs of Pré-Saint Didier 7' away, to the ski resorts of Courmayeur, La Thuile and Pila/Aosta, to also cross country at Arpy or Val Ferret, trekking, winter walking, snow shoeing, white water rafting, mountain biking...all at your doorstep. This is our holiday home, we love it a lot and we hope you can enjoy it as much as we do.
