Our lovely, comfortable, updated home sits directly on the open waters of Tampa Bay where you have miles of open water views facing the sunrise. The backyard is beautifully manicured for you to enjoy this tropical paradise with a hot spa, pool, kayaks and private dock. Soak up the sun while reclining in our lounge chairs or cool down in the shade beneath the huge coconut palm trees. This is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery with dolphins and various tropical birds. Fish off the dock (poles and crab trap provided) or drop a kayak into the bay or even take a casual walk around the neighborhood - many options. This home is only a 10 minute drive to St. Pete beach and from there, only a short drive to the many beautiful gulf beaches. Be sure to visit downtown St. Petersburg (St. Pete if you are a local) for the Key West Style bars, art galleries, museums, night clubs, and fantastic dining. Whether your into 5 star dining or fast and easy international cuisine, your taste buds will be satisfied. Summary: We rented this property for my parents and their adult children. It was an escape from the north east winter weather. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. The house is lovely but the outdoor space is absolutely stunning (even on the cloudy days). There is so much wildlife to see each day. It was great to have bicycles and kayaks at our disposal. The washer and dryer make it convenient for a monthly rental. We used the hot tub often. The pool was a bit chilly (March) and didn't use it much; we didn't want to pay for the additional propane cost to heat it. The owners were very responsive when there was a problem (the ice maker/); had it repaired within several days; also offered to buy ice for us. I hope we get the opportunity to stay here again! The property has stunning wide open water views.

Summary: We had a wonderful experience and a much needed relaxation. House was beautiful. The outside is where we spent most of our time. Clean and very well kept up. I hope to be coming back next year. Thanks for a great getaway.

Summary: Mathew Shankweiler, the property manager, was a true professional and great to work with. The rental itself has breathtaking views, clean, and exactly what we we’re looking for to share a space with family and friends. A couple critiques... (1) there was no access to a washer/dryer as advertised, (2) the guest bedroom mattress has no form and bows like a hammock, (3) the hot tub is not free, you pay $8 per gas unit to get & keep it hot.

Summary: We spent 4 days and took 4 adults and 3 children. The house was great, just as in the pictures. I spoke with Matt several times over the phone and he was very professional and accommodating. We were checked in by Torri and she was a joy to work with. This place and people are just as advertised and the pictures don't really do it justice. We would definitely go back.

Summary: This was an absolutely gorgeous home! When my wife and I walk through the front door we were amazed at the beautiful view. We enjoyed every moment from sunrise to sunset.
