Summary: The perfect space for our Golden Girls getaway, complete with muumuus + margaritas. Great location, completely walkable to all the activities. Alex was great to connect with, will book again!

Summary: Absolutely enjoyed our stay! Hosts had decorated for the holidays...it was perfect for our Family Gathering! We actually rented BOTH places (next door as well). Clean, comfortable and convenient. Short walk to the Lakeshore Drive - we went for coffee & did a bit of shopping. Great communication to check in/ check out and a couple quick questions. Highly recommend - we have already booked to be back in the summer. Thanks for a great stay :)

Summary: Such a great property!! Close walking distance to beach and bars/restaurant. Very fun place to go with a group.

Summary: House is old and rickety in places - it has been updated with bright colors and funky wall paper, but looks like it was all a rush job. Wallpaper is peeling in a number of places and the bright paint colors were messy and some areas definitely needed a second coat. The furniture and TVs are modern and the beds, bedding and towels were great. Only one shower in the basement bathroom which was very inconvenient. Very small kitchen, but was equipped with most of what we needed - no dishwasher. No tea towels - we found them dirty down in the laundry room - the cleanliness of the unit was acceptable but wasn't the greatest. Would have been nice to have a few of the smaller touches - kleenex, napkins, salt and pepper. At least there was Nespresso pods for us to make coffee. Overall this property has a lot of character and charm, just needs to maybe be finessed a bit more to justify the price. Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to use the party garage - love the concept. Within walking distance to the lake and downtown, which was also nice.
