Positive: We found it quite clean, and it had all the necessary items. We liked that we had the freedom to do almost anything like we were at home! It’s a nice little space and comfortable for 5 people! But I definitely do think it’s good value for money!
Negative: The only issue was that it was a bit far from everywhere. There were metros and buses to catch, but it did take at least 20 mins by metro/bus to get to town. There was also an awful smell coming from somewhere outside at times, we always wondered where it was from but never figured out - it was a really strange and strong smell

Positive: There was a TV and a good internet connection. The appartment was well equipped with washing machine and a dryer. The beds were comfortable and there were fans for each room. The person that received us was friendly and explained everything that we needed to know.
Negative: The location is not central and the area is not very good. There is dog poop and trash outside the appartment everywhere. Even in the inner patio of the appartment building there was trash. You have to walk 12-15 mis to the closest metro station. The bathroom is small and poorly ventilated. There is a constant smell coming from the sewer. The appartment is advertised as beach appartment and while technically it is close to the shore line it is not a beach location. In general the appartment is small and a little worn down. I would not take my family back there.

Negative: The flat is on 6th floor and the elevator was beeing repaired, so we had to climb the stairs. We weren't informed about this situation before.

Positive: The flat was comfortable and warm. It isn't close to the city centre but there is a metro station nearby so that's okay. The contact with the owner was quick and easy. I liked the bed too.
Negative: First of all, deposit is very high. Toilet paper, kitchen rolls, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, rubbish bags... Everything was available but limited (definitely not enough for a week) and we had to buy some of these things on our own which is not that common anymore
Summary: Relatively cheap place to stay in Barcelona
