Positive: Good place for travelers who want quickly get to the beach. 10 steps and you are there! The owner is very nice and helpful. We got everything we needed for our trip.

Negative: It is a pity that there is no additional meter for the water boiler to turn on both the air conditioner and the boiler at the same time. Other things were good
