Walk through the front door of this cozy home and find yourself in an inviting entry/mudroom, the perfect place to hang your coats and drop the shells you gathered from the beach. Meander through the hallway and come to the main living area. It will be hard to focus on anything once you gaze at the view from all the windows. With wood panel walls, a cozy “L” shaped sectional, a TV, and a wicker day chair, this space boasts both breathtaking views of the water and a warm inviting atmosphere.
Adjacent is the dining area that has a circular glass-top dining table with four chairs and views of the beach. Summary: We loved staying at Beach Bijou. The house is small but was perfect for my husband and I and our two kids (10 and 15 years old). The kids both said their favorite part of the place was the view and the location and the fact that we could bring the dog. The hosts were great - super good communication - and we really appreciated the welcome tote with local coffee. Thanks so much - we hope to return next year!

Summary: So impressed with the property managent company! Emails and texts before during and after to make sure our stay was perfect! And the property is perfectly located. The parking alone was worth the stay, just steps to the entrance to the beach at the famed haystacks. Panoramic views from every window and stunning sunsets from the balcony. Super well appointed too. Every time we thought, "i wonder if they have one of those", we found it on a shelf or in a drawer. Best weekend ever!!!

Summary: I traveled with my spouse and teenager. The house was small and could use a few updates but it exactly as it was listed so that was not a surprise. The house was clean and the view was absolutely incredible. And we had a seagull visit every morning! The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We enjoyed it and would return.

Summary: We loved the view of the beach and Haystack Rock. Perched up on the hill you get a sweeping vista of the beach and ocean. The cabin is cozy and we stayed nice and warm during the cold days. The kitchen is well-supplied. The main drawback was how soft both beds were. It would be great to replace them both! The property management staff we dealt with were very helpful and responsive. We really enjoyed our time here!

Summary: The reason we picked this place was the view, and that did not disappoint! You can see Haystack and all the surrounding rocks and they seem close enough to touch! Also, it's a short walk to the steps that go right down to the beach. It is right on a busy road, and there is no sidewalk, so you need to be careful especially if you have dogs. Speaking of which, they left us a basket with a sheet for our dog and a dog biscuit to welcome her, which was a great touch! We also got a back with 2 mugs and some coffee from a local place which was great! Knowing the unpredictability of the weather, we hunkered down while 25 mpg wind raged and it poured sideways! We played games and watched movies. When low tide came, the rain and wind let up a little, so we ran down to the tide pools. On our last day, the sun arrived and the view was even more spectacular! Highly recommend. It's a cozy, but pretty small place! My only hope is that the mattresses get replaced soon!

Summary: The house was clean and when our code wasn’t working the first time around the lady on the customer service line was super nice and had us inside in no time. I love this location because of how beautiful the view is. I can’t wait to come back!!

Summary: awesome view of Haystack rock. love this place. view was amazing, close to beach and quick walk to town or restaurants etc. bathroom is accessed from one of the bedrooms and the bathroom sink is in the bedroom. cozy but was fine for our party of four. gas fired stove warmed the place up nicely. would stay here again.

Summary: This house provided the perfect cozy spot for my sister and I to stay a few days on the coast. Within a stones throw from the beach, walking distance to restaurants and hard to beat views it was the ideal weekend rental for us. Property managers were accommodating, helpful and made finding and accessing the rental as easy as could be. Anything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided for, even a dog bowl for our pup!

Summary: My friend and I stayed here for a long weekend. The house was perfect for two adults. I think if there was more of us that we would have felt crowded. The house does have its quirks. You need to turn on all the interior lights by hand throughout the house, the light sockets need to be updated, and the house sits a sight tilt. We also wished there were chairs for you to sit on the balcony and we couldn't find the garbage bins to put the trash in when cleaning up to leave. That being said, I would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect, and the view was so AMAZING! How the house was set up was relaxing and we sat at the dining table enjoying the view, while we did a puzzle. It's a quick walk to the beach and not far from town, where there was lots of shopping and lots of great places to get food. We cooked breakfast and dinner one day. Had plenty of utensils and cookware with nice pots and pans. Both of the beds were comfortable and there was extra bedding if wanted additional blankets. There was also plenty of bath towels in the place as well. We had an awesome trip and we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!
