Positive: The Unit was absolutely beautiful and comfy cozy
Negative: The only thing we had an issue with was finding the actual unit. Maybe if there were specific instructions like it's attached to the back of the Thai restaurant. And we bought a fan for future renters.

Positive: The location is great. Walkable to the shops and restaurants. It was nice to have a washer and dryer and 2 bathrooms in the unit (one 1/2 bath, one 3/4 bath). Communication with the host was good.
Negative: It was not disclosed that there are 2 flights of stairs leading up to the apartment; in fact, it says ADA compliant, which it is not. Fans would be great for the summer months as it got quite warm and stuffy. We were able to open most of the windows, so that did help.

Positive: We loved that the property was centrally located, we had lots of space, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, garage.
Negative: It was a little warm at night since the location is on the top, second floor of main building. Needs a couple of fans for the rooms to circulate air. If you open the windows traffic can be noisy but it slows down around midnight. Needs additional pans to cook with a cheese grater would be great!

Positive: we contacted the property manager with a tv issue and they came to the home and fixed it for us right away. they were very nice about it. and fast our comfort was very important to them

Negative: We had a few minor issues using the key pad on the door. we would plug in the numbers and door would not un lock. was surprised by the 2 flights of stairs to get to the room. Glad I did my homework in locating the place before we arrived. Beach Bliss sits above the Thai Restaurant . To reach the room you have to go behind restaurant in the lot that is owned by the Best Western Hotel. They share the parking lot. The View is of the parking lot. But in saying this the place is right on the main , downtown Long Beach town and is accessible to all the cute shops which is Great!!
Summary: Enjoyed Beach Bliss with my Sisters ! Loved the Unit! Comfortable, usable and Cheerful!

Positive: It's in the middle of downtown but you get a house to yourself. Huge rooms, very clean. The kitchen has everything we needed including a microwave and two coffee pots. Bring your own K Cups. The living room is super comfortable with a huge TV. We brought our own Roku and it was just like home
Negative: Unfortunately on our stay the dryer was broken so our blankets were dirty when we got there but we go in the winter so we were dirty anyway. I wish the check in time was earlier than 4, we did get early check in at 3 though. There were tons of board games to play but someone removed all the dice from them so they're pretty much useless. We left our deck of cards to help out lol. The parking is scary, we weren't sure where to park since the parking lot is a tow away zone and we were told to park in a garage but no idea what garage since the only one we could access was full. We just parked in the turning area in front of the garage doors, my small car was fine the whole time. It also took me 10 minutes to find the place because it's located in a hotel parking lot. Just look at the pictures on the website of the giant deck and you'll find the house, not what maps tells you.

Positive: The location was great. Loved that there were 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The large kitchen was good and had most of the utensils and cookware qe needed.
Negative: Not being able to leave our dogs crated while we went to zipline.
