Negative: No air conditioning and it was extremely warm every night. A fan provided would have help. They said it was a beach house when it actually was a two bedroom apartment above a realtor office.

Positive: The Unit was absolutely beautiful and comfy cozy
Negative: The only thing we had an issue with was finding the actual unit. Maybe if there were specific instructions like it's attached to the back of the Thai restaurant. And we bought a fan for future renters.

Positive: The location is great. Walkable to the shops and restaurants. It was nice to have a washer and dryer and 2 bathrooms in the unit (one 1/2 bath, one 3/4 bath). Communication with the host was good.
Negative: It was not disclosed that there are 2 flights of stairs leading up to the apartment; in fact, it says ADA compliant, which it is not. Fans would be great for the summer months as it got quite warm and stuffy. We were able to open most of the windows, so that did help.

Positive: We loved that the property was centrally located, we had lots of space, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, garage.
Negative: It was a little warm at night since the location is on the top, second floor of main building. Needs a couple of fans for the rooms to circulate air. If you open the windows traffic can be noisy but it slows down around midnight. Needs additional pans to cook with a cheese grater would be great!

Negative: We had a few minor issues using the key pad on the door. we would plug in the numbers and door would not un lock. was surprised by the 2 flights of stairs to get to the room. Glad I did my homework in locating the place before we arrived. Beach Bliss sits above the Thai Restaurant . To reach the room you have to go behind restaurant in the lot that is owned by the Best Western Hotel. They share the parking lot. The View is of the parking lot. But in saying this the place is right on the main , downtown Long Beach town and is accessible to all the cute shops which is Great!!
Summary: Enjoyed Beach Bliss with my Sisters ! Loved the Unit! Comfortable, usable and Cheerful!
