Gardens newer Beach-block Condo is vacation perfect! Just 300 steps to the expansive north end beaches, this four bedroom, three full bath Condo has the added plus of an elevator. Modern furniture and windows galore create an airy, sunny environment, perfect for simply relaxing and getting away from it all!
This spacious Condo is immaculately kept in the residential Gardens section of Ocean City. The large front deck is equipped for outdoor dining and leisure time above the peaceful, tree lined street. In addition, there is a rear deck overlooking the fenced-in backyard, where guests can BBQ while the family enjoys the fresh ocean breeze. Indoors, you'll enjoy the modern yet cozy decor, complete with a large, open air custom painted living area. An added bonus is the 50 inch flat screen TV above the brick fireplace and free high speed WiFi Internet.
Each of the four bedrooms has direct access to a full bath, perfect for multi-family or large family use.

Summary: We had such a wonderful girls’ getaway at Wayne’s VRBO in Ocean City, NJ! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our group — everyone had their own comfortable bedroom. The kitchen was a joy to cook in, and we especially loved relaxing together on the covered porch. Wayne was an outstanding host, friendly, accessible, and incredibly accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and can’t wait to come back!

Summary: Really nicely furnished and comfortable home. The beds are really good quality and very comfortable. The porch was a delightful shady and a nice breeze. Only a block from an easy to walkout beach. Everything you needed for cooking. Plenty of utensils, dishes, mugs, glasses and kitchen towels. Great communication with the owner and very helpful as you arrive. The elevator was a lifesaver as we are seniors with trouble managing stairs.

Summary: The house was very clean and well-maintained, and the location couldn't have been better. It was just a short walk to the North Street beach, which was ideal for both our elderly parents and our little one. Wayne was an excellent host. He was quick to respond to all of our questions and was very helpful from start to finish.

Summary: Lovely property, very easy walk to the beach, very handy configuration of bedrooms and baths. Worked so well for our 2 yr old grandson and 2 teenager grandkids. Nice relaxing on the front porch with its cool breeze. Owner was easy to communicate with questions as well. Would definitely rent again.

Summary: We would rent again. The house is lovely, short walk to the beach and Wayne was very attentive. But I was disappointed in the grill, only a charcoal and there was no table or place to lay the meat dish or utensils. The house was cleaned but the outside porch was not cleaned, the table was very dirty. The steps from the garage to our floor were covered in sand which we ended up bringing into the house. I was disappointed there were no Season Passes we had to purchase our own. One other note, bring you own bed pillows.

Summary: Extended weekend stay with family. We had 4 adults/4 teenagers. We all had plenty of room. Perfect location, little beach within walking distance. Property has an elevator which is very convenient for family member who is handicap. Check in and all communication with Wayne was super simple. He is a great host! Walked me through the entire house (via phone) upon our arrival. Would return to this property!!... be sure to being your own bath towels and sheets.
