Walk to all the entertainment and restaurant's, just minutes from the ferry or Sandy Hook by car. Large family room has sofa and table with seating for four. Bedroom one has a bunk bed with a full and twin size bunk. Main bedroom has a queen sized bed and small views of the ocean. In unit laundry & 4 beach badges included!

Summary: this is the second floor of an older home that has been converted into 3 apartments. ac is window units but kept place comfortable despite being a very hot few days. clean, good location walkable to dining and shopping, easy walk to beach access directly across street. appreciated included street parking passes, 4 beach badges, beach chairs, towels, umbrella. linens and towels were of noticeably higher quality than is typical for rentals and place was well stocked with toiletries, washer and dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, etc which can be very annoying to have to buy for just a few days stay. host even had some snacks and sodas waiting which was a nice touch.

Summary: My family & I had a wonderful time at Seabright! Amazing location. So close to the beach, river and stores/restaurants. This rental has EVERYTHING you just show up. Beach passes, beach towels, beach mats, beach umbrella, parking permit. Full kitchen with appliances and dishes, glasses & untensils! Extremely clean! Board games, ding room table, couch. AC units ceiling fans. Full washer & dryer with laundry supplies and bathroom had everything you could ever need. Very kind and quick response from owner. Totally coming back again and again. Thank you for thinking of EVERYTHING!

Summary: We had to come into town unexpectedly for a family funeral. Trying to find a place last minute was difficult so the siblings rented to different properties a block away. I was lucky enough to rent this property. The property had everything you could possibly think of needing. The owner was quick to respond and very accommodating of our situation. It was closer to the beach than I realized and had everything you would need to go to the beach so we were able to get some relaxing time in. Additionally, the place was very comfortable. The air conditioning kept the room cool (again unlike the other place that if you had it cooler than 75 the air conditioners dripped all over your clothes). The checkout process was very easy. Many places you have to do so much that early departures are stressful as you have hours of work to do at the house such as laundry, dishes and cleaning (other property was prime example). This we were able to get up, get ready and packed to get on the road. Great place and owner. We will definitely be coming back under better circumstances.

Summary: The property is in a perfect location—public beach, restaurants, grocery store, etc. are steps away. The apartment was fully stocked with everything you could need, which shows a lot of attention to detail and consideration of guests needs. Property manager was very kind and responsive. We can’t wait to return!

Summary: Old home with lots of character within short walking distance to the beach and lots of great restaurants. Beach passes, beach towels, and umbrella were all provided! Snacks were available and we took them to the beach with us. Bed was comfortable and air conditioners kept it nice and cool. We would stay here again!
