Positive: Property was cute., perfect for my family of 5 . Playground , pool & basketball court on the property which the kids loved! Would definitely book again.
Negative: Only bad thing was the townhouse could have been cleaner . The floors were pretty dirty , seemed like they hadn’t been mopped.

Positive: All staff went above expectations to please, friendly and attentive. Perfect view of the water from a love it porch. Perfect place for kids with room to roam, swings,slide,even a rock climb, fishing and swimming.
Negative: Price of course, that's July but you get so much more for your money than just a room at same price as a room.

Positive: The staff was excellent & very helpful!!! The cabin was clean. The cabin was a good size. It was nice and quiet. The place was easy to find ( right off Route 50 EB). It was a convenient location. The price of the place was great. The kitchen amenities were good. The entire property looked well maintained.
Negative: There were 4 of us and only 1 love seat to sit on. The love seat was old & very uncomfortable but better than the hard wooden stools (without backs) or sitting on hardwood floors. There were no other places to sit & relax. The bed in the room downstairs was a full size ( & the largest bed) & wasn't big enough for my husband & I to sleep comfortably. The mattress was VERY uncomfortable! It was like laying on concrete. There was only 1 TV in the entire place, but it ended up being ok. Overall, the place was great for the price. Just please update the mattress, love seat & add more comfortable seating. A TV upstairs in the loft would be great, too.

Positive: The atmosphere was nice and the employees were very helpful and friendly. I like that they allowed me to bring my dog which helps a lot with not having to find someone to watch my pet. The parking spots were decently spaced easily to access in and out of your vehicle with items even with someone parked next to you. They did provide sheets and towels which was nice even though they said they didn’t offer them and to bring your own ( which made me over pack)
Negative: The place was clean but there were some spots in the shower that had black mold. The front entrance was nice to have the porch but with going in and out, it would be nice for them to have some type of door mat to wipe your feet. The main bedroom didn’t have air conditioning or a fan so that made it hard to circulate the air and be comfortable. They only offer breakfast on Saturday and Sunday which is just cereal coffee, oatmeal, and frozen sausage sandwiches from Walmart ( great value brand ). The Tv is stationary which would have been nicer if they had an attachment to rotate it so you can actually view it if you’re sitting down. On Saturday they had a huge venue for a wedding with blasting music for 6+ hours ( the reason we left Saturday night) which would have been nice to have a heads up about when you’re coming to relax. Their chat for their facility would be nice if they answered you when you have questions before you arrive. The stay was all in all okay just because of the distance between there and the beach.
