Positive: The beach, location
Negative: We stayed last year in this hotel, using suite, and it was really exeptional so we decided to come back this year and booked an apartmant (already in january) sea view, expecting almost the same level of accomodation. Usually hotels have the same interior design with the difference in size or some facilities. This year I had a feeling I was in a 1 star hotel and no 3star like last year. There is a huuuge difference between suite and apartmant in this hotel, although the price difference is not much (maybe 50€ a day). The apartmants are old like from 90ties, not in a good shape, old furniture strange noises from bathroom...also the sea view was more parking view (if they put you in ground floor and not 1st floor) and it is really not confortable, no during the night(when car lights are always on your apartmant) no during the day when always someone is passing by. We asked for an upgrade but thay told us they are overbooked although on booking app was showing available suite ar least for 2 nights (out of 4 that we booked). But no one really cared, it was high season and the staff on the reception did not care much if this is affecting our vacation or not, we paid and that was all that matters to them. I made a complain both on booking app and live to a receptionist, I got a reply by message on an app in Spanish, on my english written message, which I do not understand, but I used google translate and actually they said they will offer an upgrade which in the end never happend. So be careful which room you book, it might be a big influence on your vacation quality. We really paid too much for this room. Also I called booking customer service but nobody answered and nobody called back. So big complaing also to booking customer service

Positive: Apartment has everything that is needed even though the kitchen is quite tiny and could use a refurbishment. Pool is huge and always available day beds. Enough space to park either outside of property or inside. Amazing view over Son Parc beach! Beach is literally 5 min away and is gorgeous with crystal clear water. Supermarket on site too!
Negative: Staff had some trouble understanding English.
Summary: Great place and good value for money!
