Positive: The beach was lovely though we couldn't enjoy it due to rain. The bathroom was very well supplied with towels and paper products.
Negative: We had to call for assistance twice (once about how to get into the rental and once about the lack of heat). Both times my call was answered by someone whose accent was so thick that we could not understand her. There was an instruction card in the unit for how to start the gas fireplace (the only heat source) but those instructions made no sense, We even asked a guest from another rental for help, but to no avail. After trying for well over an hour to get heat as the outside temps dropped into the 40's, I finally got a text from someone telling us to look for a space heater in the closet. I didn't like having to waste so much of my short R&R on this issue.

Positive: My family and I loved how close we were to the beach/water. We also liked how private and quiet it was. We also greatly appreciated being able to have our dog with us, because a lot of places don’t allow them.
Negative: The AC in our cottage was very loud.

Positive: Fantastic location. Beach was pristine. Loved that there were lounge chairs avaliable on the beach. Also relatively new gas grill to use.
Negative: No bathroom toiletries were available.

Positive: The location on the beach was beautiful. The beach house was very comfortable and well stocked. I liked it well enough that I am looking forward to going back next year.
Negative: I had trouble with the access code to get in. The staff was helpful with that. There were a few pieces of wood flooring missing. This was nothing dangerous, just cosmetic. Some of the blinds would not close completely as some of the hardware was missing. None of these issues would keep me from a return stay.

Negative: For the high price I paid the grill should have been full of gas. The toilet was to low and I thought I was right on the beach and not behind other buildings. I didn’t even have a sidewalk to the cottage.
