Positive: Vacasa staff is probably the best group of people I've ever dealt with! They were helpful and extremely friendly! Will book though them in the future for sure
Negative: Could have been in better shape, missing fixtures. The internet never worked from day 1, therefore we had no TV service.
Summary: Really enjoyed my stay with the exception of the lack of internet/use of tv

Positive: The property was nice and clean. The room was very spacious for 4 guest.
Negative: We checked in on a Wednesday and checked out on a Sunday and for our entire stay we never had wifi so that also meant no TV. We contacted Vacasa about this several times even went to the Vacasa building located across the street and it was never fixed during our stay. We were also told we would get some sort of refund for this HUGE inconvenience but we still haven’t received one. One of the showers drained very slow so you had to stand in the nasty water while showering. It was inconvenient to load or unload the car due to stairs and we had no instruction on where to do this and really never saw a convenient place to do this. So we pulled up to unload and was cursed out by one of the snowbirds for parking in a “No Parking” zone that clearly looked like the place to unload your car. It only took us about 10 minutes to unload and one of us was at the car the whole time in case it needed to be moved for an emergency. We also ONLY had 3 armbands for the pool and there was supposed to be 6. I contacted Vacasa about this as well because it said there would be a $25 charge for each lost armband so I wanted them to know we only had 3 when we arrived. They said someone would bring us some additional ones but no one ever did. It was a good thing they wasn’t strict about the armbands.  We couldn’t ever figure out the remote controlled ceiling fan in the living room area (it had a mind of its own). And everyone that had a dog in the building brought them to the lawn area for them to poop and pee that was right below our balcony.
Summary: Not good!
