Positive: Location, ocean view, short walk to the beach, beds were very comfortable, trash receptacle was convenient.
Negative: We had a few issues with the elevator code. 9am checkout time is way too early. I wasn't aware you needed 5 days notice. I recommend moving it to 11.

Positive: Everything was amazing from start to finish! We were able to check in a little early which was super helpful. And all of our codes worked! Our condo was immaculate and had everything we could need and more! Amazing views and so close to the beach!!! We will absolutely be booking with Southern Vacation Rentals and requesting this unit again. So very happy all around.
Negative: If anything, maybe the chairs on the beach could have been less expensive or free?
