This luxury 11th floor condo with 3 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations.
*NOTE: Beach Colony West has exterior balcony work scheduled through October 10. This unis is not affected, however rates have been adjusted. No refunds or additional discounts will be applied during this time.
Resort Amenities include pool (NOT HEATED), fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE.
This condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. It is beautifully furnished, all of the amenities of home and more. Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings. You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view. This condo has all well-furnished bedrooms; 1 King in the primary ensuite, 1 Queen in the second bedroom, and 1 King in the third bedroom to accommodate everyone comfortably.
Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $285 value. Front row service is NOT guaranteed on Navarre Beach at any condominium complex.
Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green water. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun.
Base rates are for up to 6 guests. Extra fees apply for more than 6 guests. We do not allow large groups or parties at any time in the unit. Rental agreement required, all guests (including daytime visitors) must be listed.
The exterior front door area is monitored by a RING doorbell camera for security and unit/building rule compliance.
For guests in need of a Pack 'n Play, highchair, or foldable stroller, we offer these items on a first-come, first-served basis. To borrow one, please visit our office at 1C West Tower for pickup. Kindly return the item to the same location after use.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Beach Cony was amazing! The condo was spotless and so comfy. Beds were great and the kitchen had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful! The pool was chilly (we had cool weather) but we loved catching some rays. The beach is beyond compare, just beautiful and so easy to get to from the condo. The location is just what we like- quiet but easy to get to restaurants and entertainment. DeeAnna was quick to answer any questions and the communication for arrival and departure was clear and easy to follow. We loved every minute of our stay!

Summary: This condo is perfect for beach time with friends. Probably the best stocked condo I’ve ever stayed in! We needed nothing! The furniture and the beds were all so comfortable. Perfect location…5 minutes for grocery, restaurants, etc. View was amazing & the highlight was the fireworks show on the Navarre pier. We will be back!!

Summary: This condo truly was all that was promised. The home did not disappoint and was better than expected. Very well appointed and absolutely every detail was covered. We were in need of nothing. The host was great to work with. The view of the beach and ocean was beautiful and the balcony was my favorite place to sit. We hope to come back and reserve the same property!

Summary: We’ve been vacationing in Navarre with our kids for the past 10 years or so, and have stayed in many different buildings and units over the years. While they’ve all been absolutely fine, we’ve never rebooked the same one twice. I just hadn’t found “the one” yet - until I stepped into this one. It was CLEAN, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, incredible view with comfortable balcony furniture (that’s a deal breaker for us), comfortable living room furniture, etc. And we LOVED the locked storage area on the ground floor. Game changer for keeping sand out of the unit. I have a 12 and 9 year old and they’re both already begging me to make sure I book this unit again for Fall Break next year. Hopefully we can make it happen!!
