Positive: 2nd time in 2 yrs in this condo. I come to AL, FL, up to 6 times a year. This is a favorite place. Needs a bar on location.
Negative: I don't think rental companies are in the know about what's going on, in, or around a property. Thursday 4hrs and Friday 8hrs were absolutely ruined by maintenance. Forced to keep front door prop open while they painted. Couldn't leave though we had places we wanted to go. This is not acceptable and should never happen. This has occurred in the past. We came down only to fine beach reclamation, starting and closing most of the beach in front of our condo. Another time, the condo was undergoing a face lift, so building wrap was everywhere. There's more, but the point is not one rental company knew or informed us.
